"If I could give a higher rating I would! As a 34 year old young professional my weight was something I always struggled with but never was able to put the time, energy and effort into making health a priority until I met Jenna. I was 192lbs, 5'5 and going through a hard time in life and found myself using food as my coping mechanism and without Jenna and her 80/20 program I would still be in the same situation. I have now been doing her program for four months, lost 30lbs and overall feel like a new person physically and mentally. I have done every diet in the book, tossing $$ out the window, tried every workout class and have struggled with being a yo-yo dieter and constant weight struggles since I was in college. Jenna's unique ability to be able to understand my strange eating habits, explain the changes needed and map a diet plan out for me personally and also kept me accountable is something I have been looking for forever and I am so thankful for this journey she helped me conquer. "I worked with Jenna from integrative wellness over the course of several months in 2023 and early 2024. I found Jenna to be incredibly helpful to me in setting realistic goals in my quest for better health and wellness. Her extensive experience in nutrition proved very beneficial to me as she shared recipes and ideas in preparing healthy and delicious meals. We also discussed the importance of ensuring I was getting adequate ratios of protein/carbs/fats/fiber that could fuel my workouts to maintain energy levels throughout a full work day.
